Digital Banking Specialist

This position is responsible for independently performing a variety of duties related to Digital Banking activities and serves as a digital products specialist. This position is also responsible for processing transactions, resolving problems and maintaining control records of actions. The incumbent will provide support to the Customer Care Team and Branches as scheduled by department management.
